30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@kitgardenix.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm your return request and provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Made-to-order or custom items (if applicable)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@kitgardenix.shop within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
