We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work at KitGardenix.
1. Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kitgardenix.shop with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Given our handling time of 1–3 business days, please contact us promptly to increase the chances of cancelling before your order ships.
2. Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, once you receive your item, you may return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window).
3. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in addition to the extended 30-day return window we offer under our Return & Refund Policy. 4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where a cancellation is accepted, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun, including:
- Made-to-order or custom items (if applicable)
- Orders that have already been dispatched (though these may still be eligible for return)
6. How to Request a Cancellation

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled and process your refund accordingly.
